About Patrick
Someone who actually lives here.
I've been in Silver City for twenty-one years. I've served as Board President of Silver City MainStreet, Treasurer of the Silver City Association of REALTORS®, and before any of that, I spent more than two decades in work that taught me how to listen to people and read a room. I got my real estate license three years ago because it was finally the right moment to put all of it to work in one place.
The career path
My career hasn't been a straight line, and I think that makes me better at this job, not worse. I came up in tech support, then spent years running a luxury tile and stone showroom — work that taught me how to read blueprints, talk to contractors, and help someone make a major decision about their home without feeling sold to. When I got my license, I wasn't starting from zero. I was starting from twenty years of practice at the parts of this job that can't be taught in a class.
What I bring to a transaction: the patience of someone who has closed hundreds of projects in other industries. The local knowledge of someone who has served on boards that decide what downtown looks like. And the steadiness of someone who isn't trying to make his career on your sale.

I've spent more time than I can count in rooms where people decide what Silver City is going to look like in five, ten, twenty years. That's not a marketing line — it's the second half of my week. When I tell a buyer something about a neighborhood, a street, or a building, I'm usually telling them something I learned at a meeting, not something I read on a listing sheet.
